I AGREE, It’s a ton of paperwork, lots of forms to fill and then, mailing, communication and the list goes on and on. It didn't end with the mere Benefits Enrolment, you have to correct mistakes, wrong rates, wrong plans, it's never-ending. This is for the single person, just multiply to the number of employees, if you are talking about an organization. HR persons have very hard time to manage insurance-related work for employees. As the number of employees in an organization grow, concurrently grows a need for an automated system to take in all the burdens and to transform lengthy form filling process to mere mouse clicks.
