Mood Notebook is a free application that allows you to track your mood throughout the day, whether you are feeling happy, sad or anxious. Mood Notebook gives you a safe place to write down your thoughts and emotions as they happen. You can use these entries to help you see what triggers your moods, so that you can gain a better understanding of yourself.
How does Mood Diary work?
To create a mood entry, simply click the appropriate day on the calendar. Each entry includes an unlimited amount of space for you to write about your thoughts and feelings. Feel free to make as many entries as you want throughout the day, month and year.
You will also be prompted to rate your mood entry based on a scale from 1 (a lot) to 3 (a little) happy or sad faces.
Each mood entry will be depicted on a calendar. To view your entries, just click the day and event.
Mood Notebook will also send you inspirational quotations about life and happiness. These quotations will pop up only while the app is being viewed on the screen of your device.
