Drupal provides several ways to organize and dynamically display links to your content.
Primary and Sub Navigation Menus
Drupal provides the ability to create multiple levels of menus to organize and display links to your content. For example, www.sugarhollowretreat.com has a Primary menu system shown below as well as a sub navigation menu which enables Sugar Hollow to create primary links that show on all pages and create sub menus that only show on the right side of specific pages.

Categories
Drupal's taxonomy module allows you to classify content into categories and sub-categories.
For example: Sugar Hollow Retreat has a photo gallery with hundreds of images of their property. Drupal allows the admin to create multiple photo gallery categories such as Lodge, Spring, Summer, Fall, etc... and each time they upload a photo they can assign it to the appropriate category. Drupal also allows "Free Tagging" which means that the admin can type new category names in at the time of uploading content.
Display lists of content using the Views Module
Drupal's views module allows you to control the display of your content. For example you can show a list of the 5 latest blog posts, a list of the 3 most recent images uploaded, the top 10 videos, etc...
